Wow it's been a hot dry summer. This beautiful wedding was accompanied by 100+ weather! Better sun than rain...right? The church was breathtaking, the tent was huge, the details beautiful. I had the pleasure of taking Isaac's pictures as a newborn and again at 3 months. It's no joke that they change a lot in that amount of time. He is the happiest little guy ever, with lots of smiles. This was the last real time I saw my friend Tara before she moved away. I will never be the same after having her as my friend. Boy do I miss these guys. My son put it best when he said, "All our good friends are moving away." Yep buddy, it seems to be that way...Miss you!
I've always been fascinated by twins. My Dad is a twin and my Mom has twin brothers. I always thought I'd have twins...but I didn't and I'm ok with that since one at a time kicks my trash! These guys were so entertaining. They needed head shots for an upcoming talent search. I was not allowed to take a picture until they were "in character." Best of luck guys! I hope you win!
This was the fourth time I've gotten to take this families pictures. I met little Laura when she was just six months old. I even got to be at her first birthday party! Every time I'm with Irina I feel like I could just keep talking forever. I loved the mix of this location and the yellows and oranges. Absolutely beautiful! It helps that the family is gorgeous to begin with:) My favorite thing with this shoot was that Laura kept calling me "jammies"..."bye bye jammies." Thanks for the fun guys!
I recently went on a road trip to meet up with friends since everyone is moving around the world. These girls each have a little piece of my heart. I entered this self-timer photo in a "love" photography competition on Pioneer Woman. It was featured! Makes me smile. Thanks PW.
